Every hospital that accepts payment for Medicare and Medicaid patients must comply with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation (CoPs). The Interpretive Guidelines serve as the basis for determining hospital compliance. This informative seminar covers the changes to the Interpretive Guidelines, including the final guidelines that were issued October 17, 2008.
